By accessing this website or creating an account for a Kevin's Kinetics dashboard, you agree to these Terms of Service and any service order or statement of work that applies to your organisation. If you use the services for a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.

We may update these terms when our services or legal requirements change. The revised version will show a new effective date. Continued use after that date means you accept the revised terms.

Kevin's Kinetics grants authorised users a limited, non-exclusive right to access the platform for their organisation's internal robotics operations, reporting, and agreed consulting work. Access is tied to the account and service scope described in your order.

Keep login details private and tell us promptly if an account may have been compromised. We may suspend access where use threatens platform security, breaches these terms, or exceeds the agreed account limits.

You may not reverse-engineer our API, scrape platform data, bypass access controls, or use the platform to develop a competing service. Do not upload malicious code or data that you have no right to share.

Kevin's Kinetics owns the website, platform software, interface design, documentation, models, and underlying technology, including all related intellectual property rights. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.

You retain rights in data your organisation supplies. You give Kevin's Kinetics permission to host, process, and display that data only as needed to provide the contracted services, maintain security, and meet legal duties.

Operational reports and analysis prepared specifically for your organisation may be used internally under your service agreement. Third-party systems, data sources, and open-source components remain subject to their own terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and quality of information sent to the platform. You must obtain the permissions needed to collect robotics, workforce, facility, and operational data before sharing it with us.

• Use the service only for lawful business purposes and within your purchased scope.
• Limit access to trained personnel with a genuine work need.
• Review automated insights before using them in safety, maintenance, staffing, or financial decisions.
• Follow applicable privacy, export control, employment, and data-retention requirements.

Our analytics support operational judgment. They do not replace safety procedures, qualified engineers, or required human approval.

The website and platform are provided according to the service commitments in your agreement. We do not promise that every dashboard, integration, or insight will be available without interruption or error.

To the extent allowed by law, Kevin's Kinetics is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, including lost revenue, production downtime, or lost data arising from your use of the services.

Our total liability for a claim connected with these terms will not exceed the fees paid for the affected service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, New York, and each party consents to that venue.
