About Kevin's Kinetics

Our mission: make every robot count

Behind every successful robot fleet is a team that makes the data make sense.

"We help operations leaders turn raw robot data into strategic advantage, reducing waste, improving safety, and increasing the return from automation."

Founded in Wheatley Heights, New York. Trusted nationwide.

A clear point of view

Robotics data should never be a black box.

Kevin's Kinetics brings platform engineering, BI design, and automation consulting into one working team. We help enterprises see where robot time, quality, and maintenance costs are moving, then turn that view into decisions operators can use.

Our Wheatley Heights robotics firm began in 2016 with a local plant and six robots. The work remains practical: connect the equipment, define the right measures, and give the people on the floor a useful answer.

Talk with our team

2016

Founded by former ABB robotics engineers and a McKinsey analytics partner.

12

Leadership

Meet the minds behind the platform

The team combines plant-floor experience with deep data practice. Every leader stays close to the systems our clients operate.

Jane Kowalski

Chief Executive Officer

Jane has 20 years in robotics system integration and holds six patents in fleet performance.

Dr. Arjun Mehta

Chief Technology Officer

Arjun led data science at an autonomous mobile robot manufacturer before joining the founding team.

Maria Gonzalez

VP of Analytics

Maria brings 15 years of BI consulting for manufacturing and logistics networks.

David Chen

Head of Automation Consulting

David is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and former plant manager. He knows the cost of a bad handoff.

Our history

From a Wheatley Heights garage to a national robotics intelligence firm

Each milestone added a capability our clients could put to work.

2016

A first plant, six robots

Our first client was a Wheatley Heights injection moulding plant that needed one reliable view of uptime and quality.

2018

The integration SDK launches

We released a proprietary data integration SDK to connect robot controllers, line systems, and plant records.

2020

Multi-site operations become visible

Our first multi-site deployment linked 23 facilities under a shared operational reporting model.

2022

New sectors join the platform

Healthcare and semiconductor teams began using our analytics for regulated, high-value robotic processes.

2024

Recognised in industrial IoT

Gartner named Kevin's Kinetics a Cool Vendor in industrial IoT.

Working method

How we do it, and what we use

Good robotics analytics starts with a narrow operational question. We answer it quickly, then expand only when the evidence supports it.

Our teams combine Lean Startup principles with Agile BI deployment. Cloud-native services run on AWS and Azure, with Kafka, TimescaleDB, and proprietary robot-connector libraries supporting the data layer.

Value in weeks

We begin with a measurable production or service issue, test the data path, and put a useful first view in front of the people who act on it.

Built for robot data

Kafka, TimescaleDB, AWS, and Azure support event data at scale. Connector libraries handle the details of different robot makers.

Security by design

Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Kevin's Kinetics is SOC 2 Type II audited and documents access at every layer.

Industry footprint

Industries we serve, and lead

Our robotics analytics experts work where equipment, people, and strict operating targets meet.

Data should fit the operation.

300+

Manufacturing

Automotive, CPG, and aerospace dashboards live.

84

Logistics

3PL, parcel, and cold-chain operations measured.

31

Healthcare

Hospital and medical-device workflows supported.

46

Retail

E-commerce fulfilment data brought into focus.

19

Regulated

Pharma and semiconductor controls tracked.
